I have had many types of ice cream, some good and some bad, but I will tell you of my favorite flavors. My favorite flavor of ice cream is probably anything with peanut because of its rich texture that provides a great experience with any ice cream. I also like a plain sweet cream because of it pure simplicity, and it is the true ice cream.

Spring Harvest
As we enter the prim-temps, more tasty food has become ready for harvest and use in our dishes. Spring brings a variety of lush fruits and vegetable that are great when used in making a great dish. Spring is the advent of berries and Mediterranean vegetables. These two groups are what I want to focus on in this blog post because they are just about to be ready on the market
Berries
I am very found of berries, as for they provide as sweet, cool, and refreshing taste to any dish that they are present in. Berries are a great compliment to any dip or cool treat. They are great alone as well, because they have a lot of flavor and taste. Many spring dishes require berries such as, pies, fruit salad, and other fruit pastries. I recommend picking up some berries soon.

School Lunch: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
Most of us have had school lunch before. We all know that some lunches are good and some are bad. What makes a school lunch bad or good is usually the degree of preparation used when making it. This post will be about what to get, and what to avoid during lunch.
The Best
1. Taco Salad
I have had some good school lunches in my life, but my favorite lunch is defiantly taco salad. Especially when it is made with fresh vegetable, that are rarely distributed to schools. Taco salads provide a necessary filling experience that is hard to come by with school lunch.

I have been eating for a very long time, well as long as I can remember. Eating fine food, though, is different. It requires a seasoned palate that knows what it wants to taste. I happen to know what to look for when eating. I think that this blog will act as a vehicle for me to translate my experiences to the reader. I am very exited to record my experience on this blog and I hope that you can give me your input.

Introduction
My name is Seth and I am from the north. In this blog I will write about my experiences eating fine foods and foods that look fun or exiting. This blog will explain my experience as an amateur gourmand. I feel as though my readers and I will be able to taste food together through this blog. In this blog I will highlight taste, texture, and over all being of the food. I will write about known food, and sometimes food that is unpopular. I feel as though this will be a learning experience for my readers and I.
